God-centered resources from the ministry of John Piper

John Piper just left town on an unscheduled trip to see his father who will probably be with the Lord soon. Please pray for him and his sister as they consider difficult end-of-life issues. His dad has lived a long and fruitful life walking with and working for Jesus. This flavors these painful days and decisions with hope.

One small practical effect of this change in plans is that Piper will not be preaching this Sunday. I'm sure he will get back around to the sermon he intended to preach this weekend on how husbands should lovingly lead their wives. In his stead, Kenny Stokes is graciously preparing a last-minute sermon for us.
