How do I get the audio from your MP3 CDs and DVDs into iTunes or an iPod?

Windows Users

1. Insert CD/DVD.
2. Open iTunes.
3. In the menubar, go to "File," then select "Import..."
4. Navigate to the CD (usually D: or E:), and hit "OK."
5. The audio should now be in iTunes.

Mac Users

1. Insert CD/DVD.
2. Drag the CD icon that appeared on the desktop onto the iTunes icon in the dock.
3. The audio should now be in iTunes.
