You are here : Help / Why is the text on your website and/or newsletters too small to read?
Website
With default settings, our web site font should be sized at a very acceptable reading level. However, if you have changed your default font sizes (purposely or inadvertently) then our site might not display as intended.
To check and see what your font sizes are set at in Internet Explorer, go up to "View" then "Font Size." The default selection should be "Medium" and if that is not selected then you should select it. After that, our site should look normal. If it still looks too small or too large, consider increasing or decreasing the font size.
Newsletters
If you are having trouble viewing our newsletters, then try doing the following in your email program:
If you are using Microsoft Outlook, double click the e-mail you are having trouble reading. Then go to the menu bar item "View" and move your mouse down to "Fonts" and make sure "Medium" is selected. If "Medium" is selected and you still cannot read the text, increasing it to "Larger" or "Largest" should make it readable.
If you are using Outlook Express, go to the menu bar item "View" and move your mouse down to "Text Size" and increase/decrease the font size until it looks normal.
