To use our media player, Quicktime is required. Please install the latest version and you should be able to play our audio and video. If you still have problems, try uninstalling Quicktime and re-installing it and/or upgrading your browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox).
If that still does not solve your problems, you may have spyware or viruses on your computer, or there might be a software configuration problem. See this help page for how to scan your computer for spyware.
