Things You May Already Know About Francis Chan
Francis Chan is the founding pastor of Cornerstone Church in Simi Valley, CA, where he was the primary preacher/teacher for 16 years. He is also the founder of Eternity Bible College and a popular speaker. His aim in ministry is to help Christians grow in a deeper love and passion for Jesus.
In April, Francis announced his resignation from pastoral duties at Cornerstone to pursue God’s call to a larger urban center such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York.
He is the author of the best-selling book, Crazy Love: Overwhelmed by a Relentless God. His most recent is Forgotten God: Reversing Our Tragic Neglect of the Holy Spirit.
Francis earned his B.A. from Master’s College and a M.Div. from Master’s Seminary. He is married to Lisa and they have four children: Rachel, Mercy, Eliana, and Ezekiel.
Something You Probably Didn't
Francis' most recent writing projects involve two children’s books, The Big Red Tractor and the Little Village and Halfway Herbert, both of which are scheduled for release in September.
