Registration
Online registration is closed, but there is still space available if you'd like to register onsite for $65. Please note that lunch is not included.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after registering. This receipt serves as your proof of registration. If you do not receive a receipt, it could indicate that your registration did not process correctly. In this case, please send us an email or give us a call at 1.888.346.4700.
Continuing Education
Please fill out this form if you are a teacher and would like to receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Cancellations
Please send us an email or give us a call at 1.888.346.4700 to make a cancellation request. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Refund requests received by October 8, 2012 will be refunded in full (less the $25 cancellation fee). Refund requests received between October 9 and October 31 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after October 31.
