By God’s grace, we are afflicted but not crushed, perplexed but not driven to despair, persecuted but not forsaken, struck down but not destroyed.

Men (in particular) need to be reminded of the necessity of dying to self when entering the covenant of marriage.


As parents, we don’t want to manipulate our children or coerce them. But if we overreact, we may be pulling the rug out from under their faith as a whole.
