Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation receipt via mail or email within two weeks of your registration. This receipt will serve as your proof of registration. If you do not receive your confirmation receipt, please contact us.

Cancellation

Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent by mail, fax, or email. Refund requests received by August 16, 2007, will be honored in full, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Refund requests received August 17 – September 13, 2007, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted on or after September 14, 2007.
