Bring your father and sons

After January 31, 2008, please register at the door ($150). If you plan to attend individual sessions only, you must register at the door ($25 per session). If the conference sells out, neither of these registration options will be available.
In addition to the sessions, full-registrants will receive:
- Continental breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday*
- Refreshments during session breaks
- A giveaway bag loaded with free resources
* Please note that a meal is not provided on Tuesday evening, February 5th. Numerous restaurants are located near the Convention Center.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation receipt by mail or email within two weeks of registering. This receipt will serve as your proof of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation receipt, please contact us.
Discount for Fathers and Sons
Given the theme of this event, we want you to experience the conference with your father and sons. So feel free to bring them for a discounted rate of $50 each.
If you can’t bring your father or sons, you are of course still welcome! We will work hard to ensure that God-centered joy remains throughout the event for those who bring their family and those who can’t. Pastors, their fathers, and their sons are all welcome. We hope and pray every attendee will enjoy their time at the conference.
How young can your son be and still be welcome? We aren’t going to mandate a minimum age, but we do encourage you to use wisdom when considering their age, maturity level, and interest in the subject matter.
Financial Assistance
If you are not able to pay the full registration rate, we want you to come anyway. Contact us, let us know what you can pay, and we will try to work something out. Financial aid does not apply to students or spouses.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and sent by mail, fax, or email. Refund requests received by January 7, 2008, will be honored in full, less a $15 cancellation fee. Refund requests received between January 8 and January 31, 2008, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted on or after January 31, 2008.
Bookstore
Because we’re in a new venue, the 2008 Conference Bookstore will be nearly twice the size of any previous pastors conference store we’ve hosted. It will be bursting at the seams with a wide variety of great, substantive books at discounted prices. So remember to budget for books!
Can Pastors’ Wives Attend?
We intentionally seek to foster a male fraternity because it is rare and uniquely refreshing for pastors to fellowship with men who carry similar burdens and to counsel one another with the kind of frankness that is awkward to do in mixed company. However, we do not prohibit wives from attending, knowing that there are circumstances where it is the best choice for marriage or ministry. So couples, we will trust your choice in this matter and will warmly welcome all who come.
By registering for this conference, you give Desiring God permission to reproduce and use your image as recorded at this conference in future Desiring God resources and promotional materials.
