Donald A. (D. A.) Carson is research professor of the New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, in Deerfield, Illinois. He received a B.S. in Chemistry from McGill University, an M.Div. from Central Baptist Seminary in Toronto, and a Ph.D. in New Testament from the University of Cambridge. He is the founding chair of The GRAMCORD Institute, a research and educational institution designed to develop and promote computer-related tools for Bible research, focusing especially on the original languages. Dr. Carson is an expert in the areas of biblical theology, the historical Jesus, Postmodernism, pluralism, Greek grammar, Johannine theology, Pauline theology, and questions of suffering and evil. A prolific author, Carson has written or edited more than 45 books. Some of his best-known works include The Gospel According to John, A Call to Spiritual Reformation, and New Testament Commentary Survey. Don and his wife, Joy, reside in Libertyville, Illinois, and have two children.

Crawford Loritts is the senior pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia. He holds Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Sacred Theology degrees from Philadelphia Biblical University and a Doctor of Divinity from Biola University. He committed his life to Christ in 1964 and was ordained to the gospel ministry in 1972. For the next six years he served as an evangelist, first with the American Missionary Fellowship and then with the Urban Evangelistic Mission. In 1978, Crawford joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ serving as a traveling speaker, ministering to both college students and the lay community for 17 years. Crawford is a frequent speaker for professional sports teams, having spoken at three Super Bowls and the NCAA Final Four Chapel. His radio program "Living a Legacy" is heard on 330 outlets around the country. He has written numerous articles and six books: A Passionate Commitment, Never Walk Away, Make It Home Before Dark, Lessons from a Life Coach, Developing Character in Your Child (co-authored with his wife), and For A Time We Cannot See. Crawford and his wife, Karen, have been married for 35 years and have four grown children.

Greg Livingstone has been serving Christ among the Muslims since 1963. He is from Aspen, Colorado, attended Wheaton College (where he met his wife), and received his doctorate in Missiology from Biola University. In 1982, following service with Operation Mobilization and North Africa Mission, and pastoral ministry in Colorado, Greg established Frontiers, a mission organization dedicated to developing new strategies for a penetrating witness among Muslims. Under Greg’s leadership, Frontiers grew from a handful of teams in the early 1980s to 104 teams in August 2000 when Greg stepped down as General Director. Now based in the U.K., Greg continues to use his gift as a "team forming coach" to deploy and oversee pioneer church planters among Muslims in Malaysia, Sumatra, the Arab countries, and among Pakistanis in England. Greg is the author of Planting Churches in Muslim Cities, and is currently writing a textbook, A History of Christian Mission Among Muslims Since the Birth of Islam. Greg is married to Sally, his ministry partner for 45 years, and has three sons.

John Piper is Pastor for Preaching and Vision at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, and studied at Wheaton College, where he first sensed God’s call to enter the ministry. He went on to earn degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary (B.D.) and the University of Munich (D.Theol.). For six years he taught Biblical Studies at Bethel College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and in 1980 accepted the call to serve as pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Dr. Piper has written, among other books, Desiring God, Don’t Waste Your Life, God Is the Gospel, Battling Unbelief, and What Jesus Demands from the World. He is married to Noël and has four sons and a daughter.
