A limited number of Bethlehem Baptist Church families open their homes to out-of-town conference attendees at no cost. If you are interested in pursuing this option, please notify Desiring God no later than January 11, 2008. Be prepared to provide your own meals and transportation to and from the Convention Center.

Conference Shuttle

Because the conference is held at the Convention Center and not a local hotel, we are not able to provide shuttle service (as we have in the past) from the airport on Monday, February 4th. If you don’t plan to rent a car, consider using Super Shuttle (800.258.3826) which offers service to/from any hotel in the metro area. Discount information for conference attendees can be found here.

On Wednesday, February 6, 2008 free conference shuttle vans will depart the Convention Center for the airport every half-hour beginning at 12:00 pm, with the last one departing at 4:00 pm.

Venue (New for 2008!)

The conference will be held at the Convention Center in downtown Minneapolis. All sessions are held in the Auditorium, a theater-style room with comfortable seating and good visibility and acoustics throughout. This is the same venue we use for our National Conference, and we're thrilled to be able to offer it for our Conference for Pastors.

Weather

It’s true, February in Minnesota can be quite cold, so dress appropriately. The Convention Center is connected to many hotels and almost any place you may want to visit in downtown Minneapolis by a heated, indoor skyway.
