Confirmation
Immediately upon registering you will receive an email confirmation. This receipt serves as your proof of registration. If you do not receive a receipt please contact us at 888.346.4700 or mail@desiringGod.org.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be made by emailing us at mail@desiringGod.org or by calling 888.346.4700. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Refund requests received by July 29 will be refunded in full (less the $25 cancellation fee). Refund requests received from July 30 - August 31 will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after August 31.
Onsite Registration
After September 20 we will be receiving onsite registrations only ($185 per person). If you'd just like to attend a session or two, individual session passes will be available for $30 per plenary session (onsite registration only). If the main the auditorium seating is full, we will open seating in a simulcast area at a reduced rate.
If you are not able to pay the full registration rate, we want you to come anyway! Please contact us if you need financial assistance.
